The story goes... Your Sim is ready to start their own business, and settle on a restaurant like place. They find a half built lot and decide to finish it.

The Challenge + Rules: Design a restaurant, cafe, pub, etc. Find an empty lot to put the 16 x 16 x 9 x 9 x 2 x 2 x 5 building. It's in sim measurements (blocks; see banner). Either community or residential lots work. Create whatever you want around it. Inside be sure to include an eating area and a kitchen. To go the extra mile, add a bathroom or and outhouse :-) You may add decks, outdoor eating, pools, anything. Make it your own! And have fun!!
