RE: Culinary Craft
I really like the angles you took on the pics - and how did you get those oven gloves to hang on the cooker front like that. (WANT). Its a nicely done kitchen - makes me think of cosiness and being a kid and all safe and warm with my mum near....why does this kitchen feel like Christmas. Maybe because the pics are full of little details so you can spend ages looking and seeing a new thing each time - like getting presents....hmm, dunno what it is. I likes it - A LOT.

May the source be with you.... currently based at [Image: leelink.gif]

RE: Culinary Craft
Here's my entry!

Maria Hayes is 26 years old and works as a reporter for the Sunset Gazette. Next to her is her live-in boyfriend Cole O'Keefe, a 28 year old amateur surfer and part-time pizza delivery guy. They both love spending time at the beach and going for a jog in the morning.

The kitchen is Maria's favorite room of the house. She loves the bright colors, natural light, and spacious layout. Plus, it's only a few steps away from her organic veggie garden. Even though Cole doesn't spend quite as much time there, he still manages to leave to mess behind every time. Laughing

Lovely kitchen Umi, I really like how you made the counter island smile The first shot is really cute too! May I ask how you put the clutter up on the fridge?

RE: Culinary Craft
Martine: my guess is like this. And the cloth by the sink too, very nice touch.
These are the little things that make a room much more realistic.
I really love the way the windows are exactly between the counters and cabinets. Also love the color theme blush

RE: Culinary Craft
Thanks! Lemoncandy is right, I acrostacked the items on the fridge and the towel by the sink. It's a pain in the neck to get right, but it's the closest thing I can get to ospms. Er...besides the few that are already out. tongueout

Ah I see smile I read the tutorial too, but I think it's a little too much work just to place some items, it looks really nice though, hopefully someone will make some more OMSP's soon (counter, bed, fridge etc.).

Wow, what a stylish kitchen. I especially love your minimalistic style. It´s so colourful and well matched with your sims but not overcharged. And the counter island is a reall eye-catcher.

RE: Culinary Craft
This looks like a fun challenge. I just have a quick question: Does it have to be fully playable or can I clutter up parts?

Thanks,
Tim smile

RE: Culinary Craft
I did say that the kitchen have to be usable, so there has to be at least one free counter and the sink and stove has to be useable
